Product Description
The nitrogen content in the air accounts for 78%, oxygen accounts for 21%, and other gases, magazines, and water accounts for only 1%, so air is the most important gas source for the PSA N2 generator. When the air pressure rises, the carbon molecular sieve will adsorb a large amount of oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture. When the pressure drops to atmospheric pressure, the carbon molecular sieve adsorbs oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture very little.
The PSA N2 generator consists mainly of A and B adsorption towers and control systems equipped with carbon molecular sieves. When compressed air enters the A column, oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, while nitrogen is passed through and flows out of the top of the column. When the molecular sieve in the A column is saturated, it is switched to the B column to carry out the above adsorption process and simultaneously regenerate the A column molecular sieve. The so-called regeneration, that is, the process of discharging the gas in the adsorption tower to the atmosphere to rapidly reduce the pressure to the normal pressure, and releasing the oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture adsorbed by the molecular sieve from the molecular sieve.
